APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING PERMEATION OF MOISTURE IN POWER SEMICONDUCTOR MODULE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing permeation of moisture in a power semiconductor module is provided to prevent a short-circuit due to permeation of moisture to an inside of a power semiconductor module by using a plurality of control electrode terminal. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(9) between an epoxy resin(7) and a silicon rubber(8) is divided into the first substrate(9a) and the second substrate(9b). A plurality of control electrode terminal(10) is fixed on the first substrate(9a). The plural control electrode terminals(10) are exposed to an upper portion of an external case(1). One of the plural electrode terminals(10) for receiving a high voltage and a high current is penetrated into the second substrate(9b). The first substrate(9a) is connected with the second substrate(9b) by using a lead line.
