METHOD FOR INJECTING DESULFURIZER FOR DESULFURIZATION OF MOLTEN IRON

PURPOSE: A method for injecting a desulfurizer for desulfurization of molten iron by injecting a specified amount of aluminium in wire form in a first stage of a post-mix method is provided, which improves removing efficiency of sulfur and improves quality of final products. CONSTITUTION: This injection method of a desulfurizer comprises the steps of: injecting calcium oxide as a subdesulfurizer in a first stage; injecting magnesium as a main desulfurizer and calcium oxide as a subdesulfurizer in a second stage; and injecting calcium oxide as a subdesulfurizer in a third stage, wherein aluminium wire is injected at a speed of 48 to 52kg/min in the first stage and the main desulfurizer and subdesulfurizer are injected in a ratio of 1:5 in the second stage.
