PURPOSE: An output driver circuit is provided to improve a driving capability of the output driver, while not increasing a peak current, resulting in improving a reliability of a device. CONSTITUTION: In an output driver circuit, the first switching device applies a supply voltage corresponding to the signal to which a logic combination of an output enable signal and a data signal is performed. The second switching device drops a potential of an output terminal to a ground potential depending on the signal to which a logic combination of the output enable signal and the data signal is performed. A PMOS transistor is connected between the output terminal and the second switching device to improve a voltage drop speed of the output terminal. The third switching device passes a charge of the output terminal transferred through the PMOS transistor depending on the signal to which a logic combination of the output enable signal and the data signal is performed.
