PURPOSE: A low hydrogen flux impregnated wire is provided to improve slag delamination and arc stability and control the diffusion hydrogen amount of a welded metal to 3 cc/100 g or less by optimizing the amount of carbonate compound added for a deoxidizer, and adding a certain small amount of arc stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: In a flux impregnated wire constructed by impregnating the flux into the outer skin of a steel product, the flux impregnated wire is characterized in that the flux comprises 0.04 to 0.08 wt.% of C for the wire, 2.0 to 4.0 wt.% of a sum of one or more constituents selected from the group consisting of CaF2, BaF2 and MgF2, 2.1 to 3.5 wt.% of Mn+Si, 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% of a sum of one or more constituents selected from carbonate compounds consisting of CaCO3 and BaCO3, 0.05 to 0.2 wt.% of K2O+Na2O+TiO2 and a balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein a value of (Mn+Si)/(a sum of one or more carbonate compounds) is controlled to 1.5 to 5.4.
