摘要 PURPOSE: An assembled structure of a rotor for a servo motor is provided to decrease a cogging torque and a torque ripple which cause vibration and nose of a servo motor, and simply assemble a saddle on a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rotor cores(4) have receiving grooves on both sides thereof. The rotor cores(4) are linearly laminated without a misalignment. A plurality of permanent magnets(5) are fixedly inserted into the receiving grooves of the rotor cores(4). The plurality of permanent magnets(5) are linearly laminated to correspond to the rotor cores(4). The rotor cores(4) and the permanent magnets(5) are assembled such that a saddle(7) has a linear skew angle. The cylindrical-shaped saddle(7) has a plurality of coupling holes(6) on both side surfaces thereof. A plurality of permanent magnet inserting grooves are formed on a coupled surface of the saddle(7). Magnet protrusion parts are formed on a front end of the permanent magnet(5). The magnet protrusion parts are coupled to the inserting grooves so as for the saddle(7) to be safely fixed.
