DEVICE FOR COMBINING VALVE SPRING OF GOVERNOR FOR LOW PRESSURE TURBINE

PURPOSE: A valve spring combining device of a low pressure turbine governor is provided to assemble and disassemble a power spring of a speed regulator with a housing promptly and safely. CONSTITUTION: A spring carrier assembly is placed in a settling bar(1) to keep an upper carrier horizontally when assembling and disassembling a valve spring. Plural horizontal adjusting rods(3) are arranged and fixed in the settling bar to guide a rod(2). A height adjusting bolt(4) is combined with the horizontal adjusting rods to adjust the height. Two oil hydraulic cylinders(7) are installed on both sides of the settling bar and connected to interlocking links(6) to interlock with both cylinders. The spring carrier releases pressure of the valve spring. The valve spring combining device keeps the spring carrier horizontally without eccentric inclination.
