PURPOSE: A refrigerator door handle mounting structure is provided to achieve an improved accuracy of door size by coupling the door handle to the door after formation of heat insulation layer to the door, while reducing parts count and manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator door handle mounting structure comprises a door handle(20) mounted to a door(10) so as to open/close the door; a bidirectional holder(30) coupled to the door handle and the door at the same time, and which mounts the door handle to the door; and a bracket(15) for supporting the holder from the inside of the door. The bidirectional holder has at both ends thereof coupling screw portions(32,34), one of which is a right-hand screw and the other of which is a left-hand screw. The bracket has a coupling portion(16) for coupling with the bidirectional holder, and the door handle has a coupling hole penetrating through a handle body(22) and a decorative cap(24) for coupling with the bidirectional holder.
