PURPOSE: A device for assembling a lower anchor of a seatbelt is provided to improve safety of a passenger through installing an assembling apparatus of the lower anchor to be broken while absorbing impact at an accident. CONSTITUTION: An operator combines a seatbelt with a lower anchor(7), and assembles combining pins(50) to combining grooves(41a) formed on outside of a first assembling unit(41). Herein, a largest combining pin is assembled to an uppermost combining groove. Then, one end of the combining pin protruded from the first assembling unit is inserted to an elongated hole(31) of a fixed bracket(30). The end of the combining pin is assembled to a support bracket(40). Therefore, the support brackets are assembled to the fixed bracket of the lower anchor by using the combining pins.
