摘要 PURPOSE: A polymer film crystallization degree estimation method is provided to estimate a crystallization degree of the polymer film, laminated on steel plate of can, having an important effect on an adhesion strength and a moisture transmissivity of the can, by using a computer simulation based a finite difference method and thermal properties of the polymer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of analyzing thermal distribution by processing two dimensionally heat transfer in a thickness direction and a lamination direction of the polymer film, illustrating a heat transfer range in the thickness direction by expressing isothermal lines in the thickness direction and the lamination direction of the polymer film, checking where the crystallization is determined, calculating the crystallization degree within the polymer film by using calory data of the polymer film measured in a heat analyzer, and constructing database for applying the calculated data to the computer simulation.
