CONSTITUTION: When transparent substrates 110 and 120 are press-fixed to each other with a sealant 130 between them, conductive particles 132 formed rather larger break through relatively soft alignment layers 113 and 123 and come into contact with both an inner end part 11c and an outer end part 121c, and the sealant 130 is hardened in this state.
