PURPOSE: A paint material for construction finishing, a panel for constructional finishing and a method for preparing these are provided to realize commercialization of shirasu as a paint material by mixing a clay material having high maintainability with shirasu, thereby solving cracking and water flowing problems of shirasu mainly caused by the separation of water and shirasu. CONSTITUTION: The paint material for construction finishing (1) comprises 50 to 65 wt.% of a dried shirasu (A) which is used in its unprocessed original form as a component, 30 to 40 wt.% of a binding agent (B), 3 to 10 wt.% of a clay material (C), 5 to 10 wt.% of shirasu balloons (D), 0.08 to 2 wt.% of a bond reinforcing agent (E), 0.1 to 3 wt.% of a color pigment (F) and 1 to 5 wt.% of fibers for plaster (G). The method for preparing the paint material for construction finishing (1) comprises the process of mixing the resulting materials together after adding an appropriate amount of water to 50 to 65 wt.% of a dried shirasu (A), 30 to 40 wt.% of a binding agent (B), 3 to 10 wt.% of a clay material (C), 5 to 10 wt.% of shirasu balloons (D), 0.08 to 2 wt.% of a bond reinforcing agent (E), 0.1 to 3 wt.% of a color pigment (F) and 1 to 5 wt.% of fibers for plaster (G). The panel for constructional finishing (3) is characterized in that the resulting mixture is applied onto a substrate (2), such as a gypsum board, veneer plywood, concrete board, mortar-applied waterproof plywood, or asbestos board, and the resulting board is subjected to surface-finishing treatment according to an intended design. The method for preparing the panel for constructional finishing (3) comprises the processes of mixing the resulting materials together after adding an appropriate amount of water to the paint material for construction finishing (1); applying the resulting mixture onto the substrate (2); surface-finishing treating the resulting board according to an intended design; and drying the surface-finishing treated board.
