PURPOSE: A delay circuit is provided to have a stable delay time though the size of a capacitor or a transistor is changed. CONSTITUTION: In a delay circuit, the first inverting device inverts the potential of an input signal according to the output signal from the reference voltage generator and the input signal. A capacitor charges the potential of the output signal from the first inverting device to determine a delay time. The second inverting device re-inverts the output signal from the first inverting device after the charging time of the capacitor passed. The first inverting device is connected between a power supply terminal and the first node. A PMOS transistor is driven by the input signal. The first NMOS transistor is driven by the output signal from the reference voltage generator. The second NMOS transistor is driven by the input signal. |
