PURPOSE: Provided are a plastic additive powder composition, a method for producing the composition, a thermoplastic resin blend containing the composition, and a method for improving the impact-resistant characteristics of a thermoplastic resin and improving the molding processability. CONSTITUTION: The plastic additive powder composition for imparting an impact resistance-improving characteristic and a processing characteristic to a thermoplastic resin, comprises (a) 50 to 98 pts.wt. of impact resistance-improving particles having an average particle diameter of more than 100 nm, (b) 0 to 48 pts.wt. of the first processing auxiliary particles, and (c) 2 to 50 pts.wt. of the second processing auxiliary particles, wherein the composition of the second processing auxiliary particles is the same as or different from the composition of the first processing auxiliary particles, and wherein the total pts.wt. of the impact resistance-improving particles, the first processing auxiliary particles and the second processing auxiliary particles is equal to 100.
