PURPOSE: To perform a reliability test by carrying out a normal circuit operation in a closed test environment necessary for the implementation of dynamic BT screening. CONSTITUTION: This LSI for communications is provided with a test control part 5 for receiving a reset set signal RB, a test mode signal TM and a flag F, outputting a reset signal R in response to the supply of the reset set signal RB in a normal operation, and outputting a reset signal R in response to the supply of a flag F in a test mode.
