EXCAVATOR OPERATING METHOD AND SYSTEM BY PROGRAM METHOD

PURPOSE: An excavator operating method by a program method is provided to promote the efficiency of work by executing a simple repeat work for testing the performance of an excavator or excavation work in a dangerous condition for operation and to reduce the prime cost by using a general personal computer instead of an electric joystick. CONSTITUTION: As for an excavator controlling the motion of an appropriate actuator by controlling a spool of a control valve according to received orders with an EPC(Electronic Pressure Control) controller(300), an excavator operating method by a program method comprises the steps of: connecting the EPC controller(300) with a computer(310) in the serial communication method; inputting a program for operation into the computer(310); interpreting the inputted program, then transmitting order value to the EPC controller(300); and executing the programmed motion by controlling a control valve with the EPC controller(300) according to the order value.
