METHOD FOR INJECTING FURNACE WALL REPAIRING MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A method for injecting furnace wall repairing material capable of well depositing spray refractory material over the brick of a furnace body by adding moisture to the spray refractory material, keeping a suitable distance between a furnace wall and front end part and using a nozzle with a suitable thickness is provided, which reduces repairing expenses and makes it possible to perform normal blast furnace within a short time. CONSTITUTION: This furnace wall repairing material is injected by the following process consisting of: adding 3% by weight of moisture to spray refractory material by a feeder gun and mixing; adding 12% by weight of moisture to spray refractory material mixed with mixture supplied from the feeder gun by a rotating gun; and spraying the refractory material on the furnace wall while keeping a distance of 1.5 to 2.5m between front end part of spray nozzles of the rotating gun and furnace wall.
