PURPOSE: A pressure vessel operator is provided to enable remote control without additional power. CONSTITUTION: In the state of the high pressure fluid filled in a filling space(12) inside a pressure vessel(10), a communicating pipe(14) is closed. An opening member(30) retreats inside a hole(23) by a stopper(40) inside a housing(20). The stopper is inserted into a fixing hole(33) of the opening member and a cutting blade(31) is received in the hole. The stopper is inserted into the fixing hole for intercepting the proceeding of the opening member with overcoming the elasticity of a stop spring(42). A regulation lever(50) is inserted into the fixing hole of the stopper to be fixed inside the hole. When pulling divider(60), the regulation lever moves in the same direction to escape from the fixing hole. Thereby, the front end of the stopper escapes from the fixing hole. The opening member moves leftward and the cutting blade cuts the communicating pipe. So, high pressure fluid discharges outside by the filling space and outside communicated each other.
