PURPOSE: A circuit for preventing an error operation of a tone sender logic is provided to remove an error phenomenon generated in a recording operation process relating to a memory storing a tone source type, so as to prevent an error tone source from being allocated to a time slot. CONSTITUTION: A delay logic(24) latches time slot designating data applied through the first latch buffer(22) by the first byte transmission time period of a main clock generator(21), and designates a RAM byte selecting address. A RAM byte buffer selector(25) selects a RAM byte buffer by a memory recording time period of the main clock generator(21), according to the RAM byte selecting address. A RAM byte buffer array(26) stores tone source type designating data applied through the second latch buffer(23) in the RAM byte buffer.
