摘要 PURPOSE: A programmable logic device having a switching circuit using a ferroelectric capacitor is provided to read the data stored in the ferroelectric capacitor after power supplied, and restore the switching circuit, that is, to perform data restoring without using surplus signals. CONSTITUTION: The programmable logic device having the switching circuit using the ferroelectric capacitor includes a decoder(130), a pulse generator(100), an oscillator(110), and an internal address/restore signal generator. The decoder receives an outer address signal, decodes the received signal and drives a plurality of switching circuits. The pulse generator detects power re-application to generate a pulse signal. The oscillator receives the pulse signal from the pulse generator and generates continuous pulse signals by oscillating it. The internal address/restore signal generator automatically generates internal address for 0 to the last address positions with response to the continuous signal from the oscillator and generates a restore signal of the continuous pulse signal with response to the internal address signal. The restore signal is applied on a drive line of the plurality of switching circuits and during power on, restores the data which is previous programmed on power off.
