PURPOSE: A gift offering method is provided to enable a user to participate in a tournament type game event and offer the gift according to a ranking in the tournament type game so that it can induce an interest from the user and increase an advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of checking if free members browse registered advertisements(S104-S106), granting the free member a right to participate in a gift offer game in the case that the free member browses the registered advertisements(S107-S110), proceeding the gift offer game for the members having the game participation right in the case that the game participants has points than a reference threshold set in advance(S115), and offering the game participants the gift according to the ranking(S116).
