PURPOSE: A method is provided to improve the operation speed of the overall system and to reduce consumption of system bandwidth by an amount of display data, which is inputted from a memory controller according to busy of the memory controller. CONSTITUTION: A request for display data of a current line is generated to the memory controller. A decision is made to determine whether a busy signal is contained in the data generated above. When the busy signal is contained in the data, the display data of the current line is encoded for the display thereof. When no the busy signal is contained in the data, a request for display data of adjacent line is generated. For the display data of the current line generated when no the busy signal is contained in the data and the display data of the adjacent line, a flicker is removed and encoded for the display thereof. Thus, it is possible to reduce an exclusive time of the memory controller thereby allow the memory controller to extend service chances for another logics, which, in turn, improves the operation speed of the overall system.
