PURPOSE: An opening sensing device of an oil press is provided to prevent unstable operation with avoiding the malfunction of the oil press since feedback does not proceed by becoming stiff and stuck, to maintain without opening a box cover of an actuator servo unit, and to make the opening of a normal oil press known in an operating room. CONSTITUTION: According to the motion of an actuator lever(2), a horizontal shaft(22) moves left and right and the horizontal shaft prevents interference with a housing through a rubber stopper(23) attached to the housing to be extended into the inside of a housing(27A). As a rotor(29) rotates, an infrared ray passing body(31) connected rotatably through a fixer(35) rotates. In addition, the infrared ray passing body has an infrared ray passing hole(32) at a certain angle for passing an emitting signal generated in an infrared ray emitting unit(33). Herein, a signal is not a value proportional to 0-100% of an opening degree. So, the value is converted into the voltage corresponding to a proportional linear signal by a linear converter. A linear converting signal is re-amplified for the impedance matching with a load terminal and an output amplifying signal is converted into a current signal for transferring to an operating room(44) to confirm the opening of an oil press.
