PURPOSE: A method for controlling foaming of desiliconized slag by determining the optimum conditions for introducing a foaming inhibiting agent such as introducing time, amount, method or the like is provided, which makes it possible to produce high quality steel and high value-added steel having low silicon content. CONSTITUTION: In a desiliconization treatment method of molten iron of a blast furnace by a hand picking ladle, the method comprises the steps of: continuously pouring a desiliconizing agent into molten iron in a speed of 20kg/t-p or more immediately after hand picking of molten iron in a hand picking ladle; stopping the pouring of desiliconizing agent; pouring a foaming inhibiting agent simultaneously in the central part of the hand picking ladle just; and continuing hand picking until a close of hand picking.
