METHOD FOR CLARIFICATION OF ELECTROGALVANIZING SOLUTION

PURPOSE: A process for clarification of an electrogalvanizing solution capable of removing impurities such as Fe, Si or the like contained in an electrogalvanizing solution much effectively by coating Zn hydroxide on a filter is provided, which has an effect on inhibiting generation of various plating defectives. CONSTITUTION: The clarification process of an electrogalvanizing solution comprises the steps of: preparing ZnCl2·4Zn(OH)2 by pouring KOH into a ZnCl2 solution in an amount of 2/5 to 8/5 times of ZnCl2 mole; and absorption-removing impurities such as Fe, Si or the like by coating ZnCl2·4Zn(OH)2 on a filter with a thickness of 5 to 20mm and passing a plating solution containing impurities such as Fe, Si or the like through the filter.
