PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure of a chassis rear cross member for a vehicle improves the torsional rigidity of a vehicle body and ride comfort by elevating the joining rigidity of the chassis rear cross member. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing structure of a chassis rear cross member comprises the first, second and third reinforcing panels(110,140,150), the first and second joining nuts(120,130), and many joining bolts(160). The second joining member of the chassis rear cross member is mounted on the fifth cross member with a reinforcing device(100). Then, the reinforcing device(100) always maintains a constant joining force although vibration and noise is continuously transmitted from the road surface during running. Thus, the total torsional rigidity of a vehicle body is improved, thereby improving the ride comfort of riders.
