PURPOSE: A brake system artificially reduces the flowing speed of brake oil returning from a pressure room in a caliper through a brake hose to a master cylinder on brake release to prevent a car from suddenly starting after braking. CONSTITUTION: A fitting device(14) is placed between a pressure room(20) of a caliper(12) and a brake hose(16) to lower the flowing speed of brake oil returning from the pressure room(20) in the caliper(12) to the brake hose(16) slower than on braking. The fitting device(14) includes a body(30), the first and the passages(32, 34) and the first and the second check valves(36, 38). The body(30) is engaged with the caliper(12). The first and the second passages(32, 34) are formed in the body(30) to guide the flow of brake oil on braking and brake releasing respectively. The first and the second check valves(36, 38) are installed on the first and the second passages(32, 34) respectively. The flowing sectional area of the first passage(32) is larger than that of the second passage(34).
