METHOD FOR REMOVING PHOSPHOROUS OF CONVERTER SLAG FOR REUSING CONVERTER SLAG

PURPOSE: A method for removing phosphorous of converter slag by introducing converter slag into iron-manganese alloy in a reducing atmosphere is provided. Whereby, the phosphorous-removed slag can be reused as slag for dephosphorization and the iron-manganese alloy containing phosphorous can be used as a phosphorous additive in the process for the manufacture of phosphorous added steel. CONSTITUTION: Phosphorous of converter slag is removed by introducing converter slag into iron-manganese alloy having a manganese content of 60 to 70% by weight in a reducing atmosphere to reuse the converter slag, wherein the mixing ratio of iron-manganese alloy and converter slag(converter slag/iron-manganese alloy) is 1 or less.
