PURPOSE: To allow each user to select insertion/non-insertion of parts of program body data and auxiliary sources among the program body data and the auxiliary sources that are packaged data through the use of a characteristic of on-demand transmission according to the intention of the each user without producing a plurality of programs. CONSTITUTION: The information service system is provided with a transmission function (control 1) that transmits continuous streaming as contents data by a multimedia contents group combined with program body data programmed in advance and auxiliary sources, a programming control function (control 3) that automatically builds up a new programming through an arithmetic operation of each of divided program body data, each attribute data attached to each auxiliary source and profile data of a user device, and a transmission function (control 3) that revises the sequence of the streaming transmission of the auxiliary source group inserted to the program body according to the new programming built up by the programming control function.
