PURPOSE: An analog/digital converter for image sensor is provided to reduce a time for analog to digital conversion operation by using a stored lamp signal as an initial reference voltage of a comparator. CONSTITUTION: A lamp signal generation portion(121) has a predetermined slope according to clocks and generates an analog comparative reference voltage for lowering an output voltage according to a constant interval. A comparison portion(122) compares the analog comparative reference voltage received from lamp signal generation portion(121) with analog output voltages of each pixel of low units from a pixel array(100). A lamp signal storage portion(200) stores a voltage level that adds the first voltage level to the analog comparative reference voltage when the analog comparative reference voltage is less than the analog output voltages of each pixel.
