摘要 PURPOSE: A conveying robot is provided to reduce a length of an output element of a motor in the axial direction for increasing a torsion stiffness of the output element and increasing vibration of robot link elements fixed to the output element, thereby preventing the generation of vibration due to the decrease of precision and the generation of torsion deformation. CONSTITUTION: A conveying robot includes a plurality of motors(21a,21b), arms(30a-30d) fixed to output elements of the respective motors, and conveying dies(8a,8b) connected to the arms via links(31a-31d), wherein the motors drive the conveying dies via the arms and the links in a perpendicular direction with respect to a shaft to reciprocate or axially rotate, and at least one of the motors has a stator(25a), a rotor(22a), position detectors(26a) and a supporting stay(23a) of the rotor which are positioned approximately at a same position axially.
