METHOD FOR CONTROLLING TEMPERATURE OF BLAST FURNACE HOT BLAST STOVE

PURPOSE: A method for controlling the temperature of a hot stove for blast furnace by applying a mutual influence between control input and process variables to a control model and suitably controlling the amount of mixture gas and air is provided, which can reduce the input amount of fuel as well as controlling the temperature of a dome of a checker chamber and exhaust gas at the same time. CONSTITUTION: In a method for controlling the temperature of a hot stove equipped with a combustion chamber and checker chamber for supplying heat blast of a specified temperature to a blast furnace, the method comprises the steps of: modeling a desired trajectory to the dome temperature of a checker chamber and exhaust gas; setting the aim dome temperature of the checker chamber and exhaust gas; calculating control input using an evaluation function using the measured value of the dome temperature of the checker chamber and exhaust gas as variables; controlling a fuel and air flow controller; and feed back controlling.
