PURPOSE: An analog/digital converter circuit is provided to remove effect due to system performance by executing the analog/digital signal conversion using counter of GAL logic circuit. CONSTITUTION: The controller(100) outputs the address and the read signal(RD) of the analog signal to be read. The GAL logic circuit (110) decodes the address from the controller(100) to generates a MUX channel selection signal needed for the analog/digital conversion and generates a MUX enable signal, a sample and hold signal, an analog/digital conversion enable signal, and a conversion and lead signal. The analog/digital converter circuit(120) converts input analog signal to digital signal by the control signals from the GAL logic circuit(110).
