FINGERPRINT RESISTANT RESIN SOLUTION AND PRODUCTION OF FINGERPRINT RESISTANT STEEL SHEET USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A fingerprint resistant resin solution improved in solution stability obtained by adding epoxy having a small particle size and Teflon-based wax as a hardening agent to ethylene-acyl resin and fingerprint resistant steel sheet are provided. Therefore the steel sheet improved in scratch and blackening at a processing part can be obtained by using the solution. CONSTITUTION: In a fingerprint resistant resin solution for coating chromate treated electrolytic galvanized iron, 5 to 10phr epoxy resin having a molecular weight of 3,000 to 6,000 and water dispersed particle size of 2.0 micrometer or less is added to a main solution obtained by adding 10 to 20phr silica and 0.5 to 1.5phr silane coupling agent to ethylene-acryl resin.
