PURPOSE: A pixel circuit and a readout circuit for outputting a high-quality image signal of an image sensor at a low supply voltage is provided to output a gamma-corrected image signal by a simplified circuit and without an additional gamma correction apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A transfer unit selectively transfers photoelectrons from a photoelectron generating unit to a sensing node. A reset unit resets the sensing node. An output unit performs a transferring and amplifying function of an electrical signal corresponding to the unit sensing node, of which one side is connected to a ground terminal.
