PURPOSE: A laminar cooling header having superior opening and closing performance of injection is provided which solves difficult problems of accurately controlling the temperature of a steel sheet due to the time delay during opening or closing of injection in the laminar cooling method. CONSTITUTION: In a laminar cooling header comprising a punch plate (7) through which water injected through a water infusion pipe is flown into an inner plate (9), and an orifice (10) hole, wherein water flown into the inner plate (9) is sprayed to a steel sheet by passing through the orifice hole, the laminar cooling header having superior opening and closing performance of injection is characterized in that the punch plate (7) is inclined in the direction of the inner plate (9) so that water is smoothly flown, and a float type chamber (6) surrounding the water infusion pipe is installed inside the header.
