PURPOSE: To provide encoding data which do not give the sense of incongricity to a viewer. CONSTITUTION: When encoding plural pieces of sound data, an encoding program 54F collects respective pieces of sound data and sets them into one piece of sound data. Collected sound data are sequentially encoded with the prescribed number of samples as a unit. A break corresponding to the break of plural pieces of sound data is set in incoding data in the encoding unit of encoded data.
