PURPOSE: Provided are coating material compositions having excellent weatherability and coated film glossiness without yellowing the coated film. CONSTITUTION: The coating material compositions are composed of an alkoxysilyl group-containing (meth)acrylic copolymer having a (meth)acrylic ester monomer unit having a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group; at least one monomer unit selected from the group consisting of a monomer having an unsaturated double bond and an alkoxysilyl group, a monomer unit having an unsaturated double bond and epoxy group, and a monomer unit having an unsaturated double bond and alkoxysilyl group; and copolymer including a monomer unit having an unsaturated double bond and maleimide group.
