PURPOSE: To prevent the generation and floating of malodor from the garbage existing in a carry-in port and a carry-in part to keep the enviroment sanitary, and to eliminate the limitation of length of the carry-in part. CONSTITUTION: Garbage is carried from a carry-in port to a storage tank by using a pressure difference between the carry-in port and the storage tank.
