PURPOSE: A processing method and a processing device are provided to sufficiently supply a grinding fluid to a grinding point on a cup-shaped grinding wheel inner surface, be suitable for extremely precise grinding, effectively using an outer peripheral space of the cup-shaped grinding wheel, and clean up a working environment around a grinding plate. CONSTITUTION: A working liquid supplying nozzle portion(13) is provided on an inner surface side of a cup-shaped grinding wheel(8), and a working liquid is supplied from the working liquid supplying nozzle portion to a grinding point(P) on the cup-shaped grinding wheel inner surface. The working liquid supplying nozzle portion can be made as a nozzle hole(14) formed by partially drilling a bottom portion(8b) of the cup-shaped grinding wheel. In this case, one end side(14a) of the nozzle hole opens to a working liquid supplying path(9) passing though a grinding wheel shaft(7), and the other end is obliquely formed as a nozzle port(14b) so as to open from the bottom portion side of the cup-shaped grinding wheel toward an inner wall(8c).
