EXTRACTION METHOD OF NONMETALLIC INCLUSION USING CERAMIC FILTER AND EQUIPMENT THEREOF

PURPOSE: An extraction method of nonmetallic inclusion using a ceramic filter is provided, which can recover micro inclusion contained in steel material, measure a correct amount of inclusion, find the occurring reason and prepare counter measures. The residue collecting system does not react with electrolysis solution, thus preventing contamination of electrolysis solution. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a horizontal rectangular electrolysis tank (21) in which an electrolysis solution containing 10 % ferrous chloride is filled, two copper bars (13) which are installed horizontally at the upper part and two cathode plates (12) which are connected to a rectifier (14) that is installed vertically around a residue collecting part (30) set at one side of the tank (21); (ii) a anode sample (11) that is set above the residue collecting part (30) between cathode plates (12); (iii) a residue collecting part (30) that is made of acid resistant ceramic vessel of 1-2 μm bubbles and is set beneath the anode sample (11) between the cathode plates (12); (iv) an electrolysis solution circulating part (20) that has a circulating pump (22) and a filter bag (23) and communicates with the electrolysis tank (21); (v) a pH probe (43) installed at one corner of the tank (21) for measuring pH of the electrolysis solution; and (vi) a hydrochloric acid storage tank (41) installed at an outside of the tank (21) for feeding hydrochloric acid to the tank (21).
