PURPOSE: An installation structure installs an installation member fixing a differential gear case on the bottom of a car body on a floor panel with a horizontal bush interposed to minimize noise transmitted from the differential gear case via the installation member to the floor panel of the car body. CONSTITUTION: Horizontal bushes(28) are engaged with both ends of an installation member(18). Installation brackets(30) engaged with the horizontal bushes(28) by bolts(30a) and nuts(30b) are fixed to a side frame(14) by bolts(14a) and nuts(14b). The nuts(14b) are fixed on reinforce(24) connected to the inside of the side frame(14) by welding.
