PURPOSE: To obtain a lipstick composition good in feeling of use and makeup finish, causing extremely slight color migration, discoloring, bleeding, or the like, of the lipstick with time and excellent in makeup lasting quality. CONSTITUTION: This lipstick composition is characterized as comprising the following (a), (b), (c) and (d) ingredients. (a) 0.1-30 wt.% of a silicone crosslinked polymer containing hydrophilic organic groups and insoluble in organic solvents, (b) 10-90 wt.% of one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a liquid hydrocarbon, an ester, a higher fatty acid, a higher alcohol and a silicone oil, (c) 5-50 wt.% of a semisolid oil and fat or a solid oil and fat and (d) 1-50 wt.% of a pigment.
