PURPOSE: A polyurea waterproof seat and a waterproof method using the polyurea are provided to reduce the used amount of expensive polyurea raw material conspicuously compared to a spraying method, supply polyurea waterproof seat having uniform quality and reduce quality variation resulting from construction site. CONSTITUTION: The polyurea waterproof seat comprises the plate part(11) of rectangular or regular tetragon made of polyurea; and the projecting part(12) projected from the border of the plate. The method comprises cleaning the concrete ground side to be waterproof-constructed; adhering polyurea waterproof seats with keeping fixed distance and applying a high molecular substance in order to make waterproof seat and exposure face overlap, with the exposure face being between polyurea waterproof seat and the other polyurea waterproof seat.
