PURPOSE: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor that can realize small size and high capacity at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: In a laminated ceramic capacitor 1 by alternately laminating a ceramic dielectric layer 2 and a conductor layer 3 the conductor layer 3 is formed curved in the direction of lamination with nonuniform thickness. This allows the capacity to be increased since the facing area between the conductor layers 3 becomes larger. In addition, the conductor layer 3 can be reduced easily because it is not necessary to form the thickness of the conductor layer 3 uniformly. As a result, the laminated ceramic capacitor can be miniaturized and its capacity can be made high by increasing the number of lamination layers. In addition, a thinner layer of conductor layer allows the cost to be reduced. |
