摘要 PURPOSE: A method for correcting deformation due to pressing force during the spot welding using a servo gun is provided to minimize deformation of a welding target material by correcting the drooped amount of a fixed electrode due to the pressing force during spot welding using the servo gun mounted to a robot. CONSTITUTION: In a method for carrying out spot welding using a servo gun, the method for correcting deformation due to pressing force during the spot welding using the servo gun comprises the process of performing the welding by correcting the position of the fixed electrode as much as a drooped amount corresponding to the size of the concerned pressing force after linearizing a drooped amount in which a fixed electrode of the servo gun is sagged by the pressing force, wherein the deformation interpolation method due to the pressing force during spot welding using the servo gun comprises a profile drawing up step (S301), a drooped amount calculation step (S302), a robot position calculation step (S303), a path setting step (S304), an approach path setting step (S305), and a transfer path setting step (S306).
