PURPOSE: A fuser is provided to improve the reproducibility and stability of linear velocity in fuser. CONSTITUTION: A fuser belt unit(600) consists of a fuser roller(602) having an elastic layer, a heating roller(606), an auxiliary roller(616) and a fuser belt(608) laid over the rollers. The fuser belt unit is turned by having the rotary shaft of the auxiliary roller as a supporting point. The fuser belt unit is pressed to a receiving roller positionally fixed so as to form a fuser nip part(N). The receiving roller has rigid structure hardly deformed than the fuser roller. The receiving roller is rotated and driven by a driving source, and the fuser roller is driven and rotated. Therefore, the reproducibility and stability of linear velocity in fuser are improved.
