X-RAY IMAGE FILMING DEVICE AND DRIVING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An x-ray image filming device and a driving method thereof are provided to rapidly eliminate the electric charges remaining in an optical detecting layer for allowing the display of moving images. CONSTITUTION: The x-ray image filming device is comprised of an optical detecting layer(34) generating a pair of electron and hole by the irradiated x-ray, a filling part for filling pixel electric charges formed for separating the pair of electron and hole by using an electric field applied to the optical detecting layer, and a discharge device for discharging the pixel electric charges and the separated rest electric charges into a base voltage source. The discharge device has an elimination electrode(90) disposed on the opposite side of the optical detecting layer, and a switch(92) connected between the electrode and the base voltage source.
