PURPOSE: A temperature compensation type frequency up converter of WLL is provided to radiate a stable power by automatically compensating the degradation of a gain occurred when a resistance value used for a bias power of each amplifier is changed as a temperature rises. CONSTITUTION: A synthesizer(11) receives a control and an IF signal and synthesizes them. A band pass filter(12) filters the output of the synthesizer(11).. Variable amplifier(13) variably amplifies the output of the band pass filter. A power distributor(14) distributes the output of the amplifier(13). A thermister(21) controls the gain of the variable amplifier according to an increase of a temperature. A bias resistance(22) is connected to an input terminal of the variable amplifier(13) and searches an operation point desired by the thermister(21).
