PURPOSE: A transceiver for a small base station in a WLL(Wireless Local Loop) system is provided to removed a duplicated module, and reduce the number of required components, by integrating several boards in one board. CONSTITUTION: A transmission part(10) receives an IF(Intermediate Frequency) signal from an I/Q conversion part(50), converts it to an RF(Radio Frequency) signal in response to a clock generated in a frequency synthesis part(30). A reception part(20) performs low-noise amplification and attenuation of the RF signal received, and carries out one-conversion operation according to the clock from the frequency synthesis part(30). The frequency synthesis part(30) receives a reference clock and generates the clock of a necessary frequency. A control part(40) controls the transmission part(10), the reception part(20), the frequency synthesis part(30) and the I/Q conversion part(50). The I/Q conversion part(50) performs modulation and demodulation functions so that signals(I,Q) can be transmitted and received wirelessly.
