PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric power of an overall system and to make the packaging space of the overall system smaller. SOLUTION: Data for display stored in a SDRAM 7 are read out by the buss control 6 of a display controller 1 to be displayed on a LCD for display through a DAC 3. Moreover, data, like a space, which are not displayed are registered in a memory READ-count register 5 to be displayed on the LCD for display similarly as the above route. At this time, since the SDRAM 7 and the buss control 6 are liberated, a CPU 4 can monopolize the SDRAM 7.
